We pioneered the use of fully video-based online training systems, to provide the learner with a far more interactive and enjoyable learning experience. Uniquely, our courses are filmed in catering kitchens and provide curriculum-based learning linked to “real life” situations.

This means that our course is 100% online and can be completed around your lifestyle.

Due to recent health concerns and to encourage social distancing we have implemented a virtual video based remote proctoring program. If you pass your exam with a 75% or higher score you will receive your ANSI approved certification valid in all 50 states.

CookSafe.org provides nationally recognized ServSafe certification training for restaurant and foodservice professionals.

This comprehensive online program focuses on food safety, covering topics such as foodborne illness prevention, safe handling procedures, hygiene, storage, labeling, cross-contamination prevention, and food allergy management. The self-paced course includes interactive modules, videos, quizzes, and access to certified instructors.

Upon completion, participants take an exam to obtain the ServSafe certification, valid for five years and widely recognized by the National Restaurant Association. This certification is often required by employers in the industry and serves as a valuable asset on resumes, enabling career advancement in the foodservice field.
